The patient needs assistance with mobility, medication management, hygiene, and daily living activities. Experience with post-operative care and chronic illness management is essential. The caregiver should demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a strong understanding of elderly care practices. Nursing qualifications or previous experience in a similar role will be highly preferred.
