Customer asked for an on-site visit for his Sony Hometheatre to be checked.
Before repairs,it was tested and as the customer had said, the audio disappeared few minutes after use,leaving only a distorted bass and an overheated machine.
After thorough test,it was confirmed that a few capacitors were out of range which were replaced together with all the Audio ICs.
Hometheatre now works perfectly after components relacement and thorough servicing.
