In this project, our team was tasked with the exterior painting of a newly constructed two-story residential house in Ukunda. The objective was to deliver a visually appealing and durable exterior finish that complements the architectural style of the home while offering long-lasting protection against the coastal climate. The scope of the work included surface preparation, which was essential to ensure adhesion and longevity of the finish. This involved pressure washing, scraping off old paint, and applying a primer suitable for humid environments. We chose high-quality, weather-resistant paints in a contemporary palette to enhance the aesthetic appeal while providing resistance to fading and moisture penetration. Our skilled painters used brushes and rollers to apply two coats of paint, achieving a uniform and smooth finish. The project also included detailed painting around windows and doors, requiring precise workmanship to maintain clean lines and prevent over-painting. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget, resulting in a striking exterior that not only beautifies the property but also increases its value and curb appeal. Our client was exceptionally pleased with the outcome, which stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
