Installation of a 1.3m³ Biodigester for a School in Limuru
Contracted to install a 1.3m³ biodigester for THIGIO BOY'S staff quarters & for the gatemans' wash closet. In this case, Limuru's climate conditions & topography dictated the type of french drain to install & the enzymes suitable for the said area. This approach was spearheaded by our vast understanding of biodigester characteristics in regard to temperature, difference in soil drain & water retention over the years. Knowledge of how the said factors affect breakdown of matter inside the chamber is through experience for many years as a maintenance technician previously before embarking on undertaking general waste management Head on.
The project was completed on schedule & delivered in one week (6 days). Upon completion of the units I commissined immediate use & a guarantee a smooth continuous use for a period not less than fifteen (15) years.
A 1.3m³ Biodigester can serve 1-60 daily users comfortably without the needof exhaustion whether raining or sunny.
